Dr Lloyd is currently a senior lecturer in strength and conditioning at Cardiff Metropolitan University, where he also serves as the Programme Director for the BSc Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage (SCRAM) degree. Dr Lloyd is also a research associate for Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand.
Dr Lloyd has previously worked as a senior lecturer at the University of Gloucestershire. He is a qualified physical education teacher and has worked as a physical education teacher within both primary and secondary education sectors.
